Was contacted by the owner and she sent check via certified mail.
I was moving out of state and needed to get rid of some clothes. Person working front desk confirmed they could send me back my unsold clothes if I paid for postage in my new state.
Couple months later, I call to check if my money is on its way in the mail and if there are any clothes they couldn’t sell. Am told that it’s against policy to mail unsold clothes out and that the check was sent a month ago. I ask for the check to be cancelled and for them to reissue a new one, which the manager does.
This was around December 2021 and it’s now April 2022. I still have not received my check. I’m owed about $100.

Read moreThis place gave away to donation all of the clothes I had on consignment that were not supposed to be donated. They were supposed to be returned to me after the contract ended. I emailed them several times and left a voicemail but I never heard back from anyone in the shop. Today I got a hold of them and was told they have given away all of my expensive consignment items that I wanted back. I never got an email or a phone call from them and the email I used I guess is no longer in service but there was no forwarding nor autoreply to let me know that. Read moreI’m visiting Denver for a medical test so I had some time to kill. I visited this shop today after finding it on a search for thrift shops in Denver. It did not disappoint me!!! Many stunning and unique things are to be found in this shop! I found a couple of beautiful pendants: a Sterling and black leaf and a dainty ginkgo leaf! Apart from the jewelry I had an amazing and fun conversation with the clerk(?) and the owner of the shop! Thank you both for truly amazing human connections in this time of distancing!!!
