On Tuesday June 22, 2021 at 5:31 PM, my family and I went in to purchase boba. Not sure what their names are, but immediately upon our entry, the employees were unenthusiastic, ill-mannered, and overall not friendly. They were both white women. One was blonde and the other had dark hair. As for our experience, my brother ordered ice cream while all of us ordered boba. When handing the ice cream over, the blonde employee slouched over the counter and waved the ice cream cone carelessly in his face. As for our drinks, they were poorly made as it tasted like water and powder, and the boba pearls were gel-like. The pearls tasted as though they had been sitting in water far too long. No flavor whatsoever. We brought kids in as well and the employees yelled at the kids to step away from the glass. The kids only stepped up because they couldn’t see. I would not recommend bringing kids in since the employees seemed irritated by them. All in all, the staff needs to be trained on customer service. We sensed that their actions and attitudes were “racially motivated” since they treated the white families behind us just fine. They spoke to us in condescending tones as if we didn’t understand English. I suggest those 2 women find other jobs as this one doesn’t seem to be suited for them. (also, note for whoever responds to these: Let's not be dismissive towards customer concerns when they are trying to help you improve your business and customer service. The servers gave us the wrong order. Didn’t even offer to give our money back or fix our order. After we paid and our order came they said “we are out of cherries and bananas” so basically half of our banana brownie split order was missing. We drove 25 mins, waited 30 mins in line, spent $11 (for something that missed the main ingredient; bananas), and choose this place over 3 others because the pictures of the banana split looked good, but don’t believe that bs. The people working there are very unprofessional (should have said our order would not include those items before we paid and got it) and make the order wrong without any compromise after.
This happened at 9:50 July 19. A young blonde girl (15-21) took our order and a young boy, blonde as well (16-23) gave it. Hope they get a talk from the manager. My family owns a restaurant and I go to restaurants every day and have never had such horrible customer service. Very very unprofessional. Train your workers right...

Me and my 3 friends went up to the glass to get a better look at the ice cream flavors ( i have eye problems so I couldnt see the flavors from where I was standing). The worker then desided to take it apon herself to yell at me and my friend to "STEP AWAY FROM THE GLASS!" I work in costomer service as a server...so undertand the stress. But I have never been talked to like that. I then proceeded to tell her to have a good night afterwards she then got on her phone and ignored me. All i wanted was Hershey's ice cream. It been my favorite since I was a kid.... But I dont think I will be returning. But thank you for so many amazing year of that...
