Dropped in to just do some lifting. After emailing the owner and receiving a positive response, I was very disappointed in the lack of professionalism. I was given no instructions upon walking in, except where I could lift. As I was lifting, the members had no regard for my space. No one spoke a word to me or even acknowledged me until I asked a question. They walked all over my equipment, right in front of me as I was lifting and it took upon themselves to move my stuff. Read moreThe owner of this gym is a great human being. I am currently on a cross country bike trip with a group of others. We stay in local churches for shelter for the night, which means most of the time hose showers.
When one of the members of the groups called the gym asking if we could use the showers instead of having to take a hose shower, the owner did not even question it- did not question how many people, didn’t question for how long- and even offered to host us for the night- on the same day we called. We were blessed to be able to have a hot shower on such short notice.

Read moreThe trainers are all very nice. And the people that you work out with are very nice. All in all, a great gym to be a part of. And located right downtown. It's a pretty small facility though, so only so many different classes can be going on at a time. You also won't find an elaborate locker room or wash room here. But there is not really a need for lockers, as the folks here are trustworthy. And you can leave your stuff on bleachers in the main workout room so you can keep an eye on it.
