Working with James on the phone communication between him and I was spot-on we had a few issues on the artwork approval was very good at fixing what I had on the Fly. After I approved everything I find out that the art Department change the color of the banner circling my logo to a different color which I did not catch until 3 hours after I hit the approved artwork button but after you push that button you cannot change anything. The shirts however did come out nice actually very nice but the problem is they do not match my logo. Was told I could get a small discount on my next order but I spent over $1,200 on this order and to me they are all wrong but again I clicked the approve button so I guess it is what it is. Very nice people to deal with shipping was timely again shirts do look good but they do not match my logo be very careful before you hit the approve button. If the logo would have been correct I would have given 5 Stars but that attention to detail gave my company nice shirts that do not match my logo. Update. James and the Underground team has gone above and beyond to fix an entire order for my company.. THANK YOY VERY MUCH.. 5star company...

I was transferred to the Detroit location and spoke with a gentleman regarding very basic information regarding their process and time. I was told they only accept orders for large business only with 1000 orders or more. The man didn't even bother asking what the demand for my business was. He automatically assumed I didnt have it! Completely condescending and quite frankly not good business. I am wondering does each location have their own guidelines or was the man purposely being deceptive. Either way will pass the news along that they are not abiding by website guidelines and will surely let others (professionals and friends) know about...

When I contacted customer service, (James), I honestly wasn't expecting that there was much they would be able to do. To my surprise, they were beyond helpful, and printed a new fleece for us! James was great to work with, and he responded very quickly and professionally. It is pretty rare to get customer service like that these days.
