One Campus Martius Garage — Local services in Detroit

I was locked in this garage with everyone else in line leaving events. The gates apparently weren't opening but there were 2 men in street clothes, with keycards, at the kiosks, blocking the gates and machine back and forth in both lanes. After asking for my ticket, I showed it was on my phone and one of the men tried to take it to to use at another machine. When I refused for him to take my phone, he said they didn't work there and were doing us all a favor but they weren't going to let us out now because he didn't like my attitude. They wouldn't let us use the machine to scan my ticket in either lane to leave. An arm would open periodically and a couple cars were able to get through at a time if the men weren't in the way...

Nice safe lot conveniently located. I used Spot Hero to reserve and pay in advance. That all went well. I arrived 4 minutes early, parked, and left according to the reservation instructions. Then received a bill in the mail from Metropolis for $70 because I arrived 4 minutes early. They didn't take into account that I left 2 hours before the end of my reservation. Poor integration...

Beware do not park in this garage the attendants have credentials take plate and then 3 weeks later you will get an invoice for over $100 they will not communicate and demand payment stay away!! Too bad bedrock didn’t research how bad there customer service...
