Attended dinner for my sister’s bachelorette party last night. From an appearance standpoint the venue was beautiful and trendy. We were a larger party being taken care of so we understood as a whole service would take longer but that’s not the issue. Our waitress Emily was overall nice by taking drink orders and such. I’m my opinion my overall experience was horrible and more of my party agreed.1) Our food took forever to come out. 2) Once our food started coming out it came slowly, again I know we were a bigger party. 3) Myself and 2 other ladies ordered their seafood pasta on the menu and with our first bite our mouths were numb from the dish being so unbearably spicy. Nowhere on the menu did it designate it was an incredibly spicy dish. I have a high spice tolerance. So we flagged our waitress down to let her know. She asked if we wanted our dish remade with the non-spicy marinara and we all said yes. It came out like 20 minutes later the third of the size the original portion was. The top was decent but the bottom of the dish was just as spicy as the first time making it. Seems like they drained out the dish and re-tossed the pasta with sweet marinara sauce. But at this point is was so annoyed and over the entire ordeal I ate the dish and called it a day. 4) For the space charging an automatic gratuity for us having such a large group and charging the prices they charge you would’ve thought the place could crank the A/C. Like when you see the entire crowd in the restaurant fanning themselves that should tell you something. But again it’s not my place. I just thought a place charging so much for what they provided at least the amenities would be provided. 5) Once the group was complete and our server finally passed out our bills she dropped them for each person and was gone for what seemed like 45 minutes. Immediately the whole party pulled out their forms of payment and were to be done at the restaurant. We had to find a manager bc 2 of our party members had to leave and their ride was waiting for them. Overall the experience was terrible and I wish for the prices we were paying our service was better but thats in the past. It’s just unfortunate that the more upscale a restaurant is, the worse the service and atmosphere can be. Just because a server is guaranteed a tip, doesn’t mean they should provide lackluster service. 95% of our party was currently or were formally servers at upscale restaurants. So we understand in that aspect and gave more then enough leniency. Honestly the only thing that was well executed and actually was delicious was the tiramisu. The desserts were beautiful and phenomenal. I wish I would’ve just got dessert. Thank you Adelina for accommodating to our large party, but I’d have so say if I was asked to come here again I’d have to pass or only...
Read moreWe came for a double date, and Adelina absolutely delivered. The space is gorgeous modern, warm, and upscale enough to feel special without ever feeling stuffy. The ambiance gave elevated comfort with soft lighting, curated details, and just the right touch of glam.
✨ Service Highlights: Our server, Cindy, was incredible — warm, funny, and fully present the entire evening. I’d request her again in a heartbeat. She made us feel like we were in great hands without hovering. A special shoutout to Ian, who stepped in when our post-dinner speakeasy plans at The Shelby fell through. He personally called around to help us find a new spot — that kind of attention to detail and care was above and beyond, and truly appreciated.
🍷 Drinks & Wine: We ordered two bottles of Quilt by Wagner Family (Cabernet Sauvignon) — smooth and bold, it paired perfectly across the board. Our friends arrived a little early and enjoyed cocktails at the bar: an Espresso Martini and an Espresso Old Fashioned. Both were beautifully balanced and fully enjoyed.
🥖 Starters & Entrées: We started with the crispy brussels sprouts salad (roasted to perfection with hazelnuts and root veggies) — as a brussels lover, I was in heaven. and the focaccia, which was soft, warm, and flavorful — a must-order.
Main courses: • I had the Grass-Fed Australian Lamb Chops (no mushrooms) — tender, elevated, and beautifully plated with roasted fennel, tzatziki, and salsa verde. Priced on the higher end, but well worth it. • My husband had the Rigatoni with added sausage — hearty, comforting, and a touch of heat that balanced well. • Our friend ordered the Casarecce — rich and satisfying.
Every entrée was a strong 4.5/5 — across the board.
🍰 Dessert: We ended with the Tiramisu, and it was a 10/10 on presentation and taste. Rich layers, soft texture, and a beautiful cocoa design that made us pause before diving in (but only for a second).
📝 Final Thoughts: Adelina strikes that perfect balance ,elegant, relaxed, and intentional. From the wine to the entrées to the incredible service, it all felt seamless. I would absolutely return, especially for another couple’s night or a special evening that deserves an atmosphere with just...
Read moreADELINA RUINED MY BIRTHDAY !! I am so upset and disappointed as I had guests already flying in town for this event.
My party size was 10 people but the website could only allow me to book for 6 people (I booked the reservation on 8/19 for my birthday on 9/21). I sent an email to them with no response and also called them days ahead to make sure they could accommodate me, to which I spoke to one of the staff and she told me it could be done on 9/10. She stated that she noted it and someone will call me back to confirm. I waited an entire week with no call back from them or a response to my email. On 9/19 I called the restaurant again to make sure that they got my request and can accommodate to which I was told by another staff member they couldn’t and no one documented my request on 9/19.
She also told me at the top of their website there’s a statement saying for party larger than 6 to call/email ahead of time (which I did) so they would accommodate. I went on that website and guess what? No statement like that was available.
My birthday being 2 days away I then called the restaurant again and asked to speak to a manager, which Mr. Clay came on the phone and pretty much told me they cannot accommodate me 2 DAYS TO MY BIRTHDAY! HE THEN STATED I SHOULD COME IN ANOTHER DAY THAT HE’ll accommodate me, are you serious? So I should just move my birthday to ANOTHER ENTIRE DAY??? With out of town guests?
This is the second time I am experiencing this with Adelina , the first was with a friend’s birthday and now I am experiencing this with my birthday.
It is now 2 days to my event and I have to cancel and HOPE to find a restaurant that will accommodate me and the guests that flew in for my birthday on 9/21.
IF YOU’RE PLANNING TO HAVE A BIRTHDAY HERE, I URGE YOU TO SEEK OTHER RESTAURANTS BEFORE COMING HERE. THE UNPROFESSIONALISM and down to the staff lacking sympathy and empathy baffles me.
I will make sure that I spread this experience on all social media platforms because this is crazy.
Thank you for ruining my...
