Starbucks — Restaurant in California

I’ve come to this location consistently for years because it’s convenient. It has gone wayyy down hill. My espresso is ALWAYS burnt, I’d say 1 out of 15 drinks is drinkable. Hot drinks are usually only 3/4 of the way full and I’m not one to ask to have a drink remade and I’m typically going through the drive thru and it’s not worth the time and effort. If I don’t get a “coffee” drink, I get a refresher with lemonade even that doesn’t taste right the majority of the time because I think they make it with water first then notice it’s suppose to be lemonade and splash some on top. I will say the staff is always friendly and I’ve never had a bad experience with them. While this store is convenient, I’ve started going to the Broadway location (which is not convenient and takes an extra 10-15 mins one way) and I’ve never had burnt expresso and my refreshers are always made with lemonade. I typically drive through this Starbucks maybe 3 times a week on my way to work it's convenient even though it's very busy all of the time. The last few times they have gotten my drink order wrong but I did not say anything . Finally today , I asked for my drink order to please make sure to have whipped cream on top and the girl at the window gave me attitude. When I explained to her that the last few times I went through there was no whip her answer to me was quote " there's whip on it now isn't there?" I just said Yes and drove away.
