Unprofessional. Spoke with merchant before booking expressing the services I wanted provided and the day I wanted to book for. Merchant explain to book online. I booked online (15 min session) for that date however the email confirmation stated it a was booked for that current day. I tried to change appointment tonight the email with no success, so I took a screenshot and texted it to the merchant explaining the dilemma. The merchant explained that I missed my appointment time and there was nothing she could do but book another appointment. I explained that we just spoke and that I previously expressed to her that through text which was less than 24hrs ago tht we discussed the appointment date and there has to have been some sort of malfunction with the air and that if she could just keep the date of the appointment that we previously discuss that I would even tip on my behalf for the inconvenience if there was any. I would like to add that the email started that the appointment was scheduled for set for about 3 out and there was never a call or follow up for the appointment , it just charged my card the remaining full amount after it initially took the $30 deposit. I booked her in December for tooth gems. 1st she call me about 5-10 min before my appt. and ask was I still coming I said sure I’m thinking to myself I’ve already paid my deposit plus I’m already here why wouldn’t I come. She was then about 15 mins late. Didn’t apologize for being late and not friendly at all had a whole attitude as if I was bothering her. 2 weeks later the gems was falling off left and right I text her no response back then call her no response back. I call on my daughter phone and she picked right up after hearing it was me she had a attitude and want me to pay again for replacing the gems. I had gems put in before by someone else and they literally last a year.
