I love this store!! Customer service is always amazing! Everyone is always willing to help you sometimes two or three customers at a time and you end up finding more stuff that way honestly because you're following that customer waiting to get helped and you ho wow ok great I needed some of that too!! Only two cons is I wish they would stock just a little bit more because if you're a true crafter like me when you find what you need but they dont have enough it just simply sucks lol!!! I'm a person that dont like to wait on nothing which means I hate online shopping because I want to see with my own eyes what I'm getting if I have a task at hand I'm ready to go nonstop and they never have enough products in stock! They are always switching things around in this store so sometimes it makes It difficult to find what you need. Everyone there is so knowledgeable if you ask a question guess what you're getting an answer and its going to be right on the money! I love this store cudos to the manager or managers of this store yall hit the mark on what a customer expect. Only thing is please give more coupons like joanns sometimes lol I know I said two but I forgot...

I left a review for Michaels a few months ago giving them two out of five stars but saying that the customer service was top-notch, it was just the selection was extremely limited. I'm extremely happy to say that the selection and variety are finally on par with the customer service. I saw in another review where somebody said decent selection but they can't beat Walmart's prices. The fact of the matter is Walmart is to finger painting as Michaels is to a watercolor painting. There's literally no comparison. Almost every single time I walk out of the store I end up with a receipt that gives anywhere between 20% to 50% off my next purchase. Not to mention the one time I've had to make a return, every single employee was extremely accommodating and went out of their way to ensure I had the best experience possible. The selection of art supplies, whether it be paints, pencils used for sketching, or triplus fineliner markers is second to none. I just went in to get a mat cut. I asked the woman how long it would take and she said, "oh, not long at all, I'm going to do it right now," but she didn't say a time. So I paid for the mat and she says, "ok, come back in 20 minutes." I was in a hurry so I was annoyed that she didn't say it would be 20 minutes until after I paid. Then I wait 25 mins, standing near the counter, and I peer around the corner and she is not in the frame room anymore. I went to find someone else and she said, "oh yea, she went to lunch." WHAT? She knew I was in a hurry, instead of just giving me the mat after cutting it, she shoved it in a cabinet and went to lunch. Just infuriating that someone would have such little concern for someone else's time. I'm also 8.5 months pregnant, just standing at this counter for 25 mins because she cut the mat and went to lunch instead of giving me the mat when...
