Target — Local services in Dothan

I frequently buy items online so this was no exception. I ordered Parker Lane tumblers for my employees as gifts. All tumblers came cracked & scuffed so I contacted online customer service to ask about replacements. Items are not in store so couldn't be replaced. I was approved for a refund online but told to return items to store or via mail to finalize refund. I took the items to the store in which I was hassled by the cashier & Penny who both were trying to dismiss my concerns regarding the items. These ladies were trying to persuade me to keep cracked/scuffed items. I work hard for my money so if I'm not happy with a product why keep it? It is highly rude & offensive to be hassled about a return(an approved return at that) so do better...

Went into Target late last night to release some stress. I had just left the veterinarian's office, earlier that day I had to put my dog to sleep and after having her for 16 years it wasn't a good day. As I walked in I was greeted in the women's section, asked if I needed help. But, At the register was a young man by the name of Brock. His customer service was on point. He was friendly and even made me laugh before I left. I spent more than I'd planned but there was no way I was going to put anything back after getting such good service. Read review I wrote 2 years ago below… this target has SIGNIFICANTLY declined. You’re better off driving to the Panama City Target!!! HORRIBLE HORRIBLE. Last few times I’ve gone I’ve had to wait over 20 minutes each for my drive up orders. I do drive up cause I’m in a hurry, but not even worth it at this target. Choose another one, this one is not worth anyone’s business anymore. And they were gonna bring me a $10 gift card tonight for all the trouble and I waited and waited… about another 15 minutes, and they never came out. Not a good look with false promises either.
