First of all if you can see your movie @ AMC 6 then go there by all means before you go to AMC 12.They have power recliners and you can even move the arm rest in between the other seat and make a loveseat/couch.There is no comparison as far as being comfortable in your seat to the non reclining straight up stadium seats. Now lets get to the main complaint and what should be the downfall of this theatre.I went to a 5pm show so it was bad but the people in line said it is far worse at 7pm and after shows. When we got there they had everybody funneled starting outside all the way up to the concessions where you had to buy your ticket. This was unacceptable!Look I get it...they want you to buy their jacked up concessions and trying to get you to buy their yearly premiere club passes so you can skip the line. But to do it at the expense of infuriating your customers is not the way to go.Several people just left because the movie had already started.Especially when inside their are several ticket kiosk to the left and right that they purposely left empty making you wait till you got up to concessions to get ticket. When I buy a ticket to go see a movie that is what I want to do!....not wait 30 minutes in a line to tell you No I don't want anything to eat or drink! In my case I had bought mine online and after 15 minutes I said screw this and grabbed my wife and went straight to the theatre my movie was at and sat down. I told my wife if they come and ask about our tickets I'll show them on my phone but was not going to miss half the movie standing in a line for food that I did not want.My question is how many people just walked in without paying after realizing they were missing the movie. This is a totally unacceptable. You have people at the kiosk up front and let the people who don't want to buy junk food purchase the ticket and go sit down.If this persist they will definitely go under.I for one will never go back to AMC 12.....AMC 6 for...
Read moreI recently had the pleasure of visiting the AMC 12 movie complex, and I must say, it was an exceptional experience from start to finish. The moment I walked in, I was greeted by a spacious and impeccably clean lobby, with a modern design that immediately set a positive tone for the evening.
The ticketing process was seamless, thanks to the friendly and efficient staff at the counters, as well as the convenient self-service kiosks. I was particularly impressed by the range of movie options available, catering to a variety of tastes and preferences.
One of the standout features of AMC 12 is its state-of-the-art theaters. The seating was incredibly comfortable, with ample legroom and a perfect view of the screen from every angle. The picture quality was stunning, with crystal-clear visuals that brought the movie to life. Coupled with the powerful and immersive sound system, it truly felt like a premium cinematic experience.
Additionally, the concession stand offered a wide array of snacks and beverages. From classic popcorn and candy to more gourmet options, there was something for everyone. The prices were reasonable, and the service was prompt, ensuring that I didn't miss a moment of the film.
The overall ambiance of AMC 12 was both lively and relaxed, making it an ideal spot for a night out with friends, a date, or even a solo movie escape. The cleanliness and maintenance of the complex were top-notch, reflecting a clear commitment to providing an excellent...
Read moreIf I could put 0 stars, I most certainly would. Not to bring down the morale of their team, but I have to be honest.
First, let me start off by saying that the staff was professional and friendly, despite what was probably another horrific shift for them.
Upon entering, it was announced while standing in line that they were out of popcorn and suspending further orders, being that they were down one machine. I saw constant online orders being prepared, which on one hand I understand the situation, but I also think it would have been fair to at least ration the portions and disable people from ordering large popcorn and just at least give people smalls.
On top of it, the pretzel bites I ordered literally took another 15 minutes to receive and not only did they forget about me, but one batch was hard as a rock and the other was covered in salt. The cheese dip that came with it was salty as he**,....and so was the popcorn. I was NOT a happy camper after paying 37$ worth of food.
Last but not least, the theater was ridiculously muggy, filthy, and the sound and picture quality was absolutely horrible. I felt like I was in a Sauna. Sound was only coming from the front of the theater, and the screen was yellow like I was with Marty in the old DeLorean back to the 80's. Miserable, to be honest. I dont care how badly my kids want to see a movie. I will never come back to AMC here ever. Promise. Kudos to the staff for dealing with all...
