The two gentlemen that delivered our mattresses and frame deserve the same five stars. Being I am handicapped and have difficulty in getting in and out of bed they measured and made sure everything would meet my needs. Superb job was done. Now, let’s discuss the removal of my old mattress became the white elephant. I had asked the delivery men to carry them next door where my son lived. Being it was an unusual request they called and spoke with Cassandra, who called me. With her dry firm tone was quoting it would be an additional charge if $99.00. We purchased this mattress a few days ago. VERY DISAPPOINTED in the cleanliness and quality of it. The sales representative was extremely helpful and friendly though. We purchased a nectar still covered in plastic that was on sale and were informed that the mattress had been returned during a 90 day trial period and was used with a mattress cover purchased from the store the entire time in order for it to be returned. We were told they undergo professional cleaning and would be like new. Well….. when I unzipped the mattress cover at home there were YELLOW AND RED stains in the ACTUAL FOAM of the mattress so not anything I can clean, some kind of plastic trash was stuck under the cover by the foam also!!!! I am so mad and grossed out. We were told we wouldn’t be able to return the mattress when purchasing but we’re ensured it was good quality. I went to the store to buy a bunk bed that I’d eyed and loved a few days earlier. But a salesman there told me it had just been sold out 2days ago. He didn’t seem so helpful even checking if they’d make more of such in the warehouse soon. Instead, he just tried to convince me to buy another kind.
