We went into this location as a party of 9 & everything & everyone was fine until we got our food. We had one simple issue with our night last night, and it wasn’t that “big”, but it was enough that it ruined all of our nights and we didn’t even want to be there anymore after this situation. While placing an order for the bacon cheddar burger for my 2 nieces, the waiter notified us the burgers are pretty big and can be split between the 2 of them. He then stated he’ll have the kitchen cut the burger in half due to this. Our waiter and another young brunette lady, came to serve out food, but when we got our food, we noticed both of my nieces were T cut and we mentioned it out loud, however we’re going to cut it ourselves, when the lady offered to take it back herself to have it cut. 3 of us at the table watched as this young lady took it back to the “line” where this was a little bit older white lady with her hair up with a clip, and an ear piece. She looked as if she might be a lead, or manager of some sort. However, she was the one on the line sorting food. We watched as the brunette lady brought the food to her to tell her about cutting it and the white lady rolled her eyes, threw the food on the counter that we watched the bun fall off the burger. She then grabbed the knife and cut the burger aggressively then stared back at the brunette lady and shoved the burger back in her hands saying “here!!!” And then proceeded to role her eyes again. If it wasn’t for my nieces being there, I hope this lady knows I would’ve went behind that line and smacked her upside her face so hard into next year. Tighten up. YOU CHOOSE to work here. YOU CHOOSE to work at a place where you are providing a SERVICE to your guests especially when the server is the one who offered it to be cut in half, to begin with. People are watching you! When we arrived, we got seated quickly but had to wait a while for a waiter. When she came over and we ordered our drinks, she said the bar was backed up, but she would get us our drinks soon. We waited a good 10 minutes till our drinks arrived. We put in our order and waited and waited some more. We were starting to get annoyed. A couple minutes later, we heard some dishes break. We didn't think anything of it. After 45 minutes of waiting, our waitress came over and told us she had lost our order ticket and if we remembered what we had ordered. She said she would put it in right away and have the manager come over. The manager came over a couple of minutes later and told us he was very sorry but there had been an accident with one of our dishes. They wanted to make sure they both came out at the same time, so they were remaking them for us. We waited at least another 10 minutes until they finally came out. We ate our meal and when we were finished couldn't find our waitress for the check. When she finally appeared, she said she would be right back with the check. We waited another few minutes till she came back. I don't know if she was new or in training, but we were not impressed with our service at all. We were not offered any real apologies or anything for our time. From the time we entered till the time we left, we were there for over 2 hours. We were very disappointed with our time there.
