If there is a zero star option, it reflects the lousy service here. We came in and were left unattended while the 2 servers could clearly see we were at the doorway. There were 3 available tables in this miniscule place but they were more interested in taking the orders of customers that were NOT yet prepared to order. The bald server just stood there waiting for them to see what were on the menu instead of giving us a table so we could sit down comfortably to look at the menu. Not even a menu was given to us. As we stood there like 2 pieces of statue , all the Baldie server did was look our way then look back after muttering something under his breath. No apology no making us feel welcomed. We just kept standing there and waiting, with 3 empty tables staring at us. And the baldie who is standing near to us , being just separated by one table, did not even have the common sense to ask the customers who were staring at us instead of their menus to excuse him sp as to sit us at one table... it was just a standstill there, you know like the western movies when 2 cowboys stare each other down in a silent Quickdraw with the high pitch cowboy music playing in the background ? Yup . Like that . It got so awkward with all the other customers staring at us while they ate that we finally decided to leave the place, not without my hubby hvg to tell the baldie we were leaving since we were left standing there like statues guarding the doorway . Your place doesn't deserve any stars for service and they really need to go back to training on how to make EVERY customer, including walk-ins, feel good eating at your place. We travelled 23 miles to have dinner at this place only to face bunch of un professional and non-competent servers. For a party of 9 people, they gave 4 set of table ware, had to ask 3-4 times. When we asked room temperature water, it took at least 10 minutes and multiple reminders; we were being told, “They are working on it”? Just to serve drinking water, they are working on it. We gave up. The starters were served without plates. Starters came one at a time for a party of 9 people?

Finally, with multiple reminders they gave some plates, we asked for a glass or water, they were confused like HELL… and kept on insisting they served water (there were 2 less glasses compared to number of people) When the Main course (Entrée) arrived they gave only one dish , when we ordered 6 … we were so hungry and said that bring everything at same time as only 1-2 people eating and others waiting doesn’t look good. The server asked if the plates can be take out after having starters , we said yes, when the main course arrived there were no plates, we asked for the plates and the server is like we already gave you , we kept on telling that your other server took it away and she was so frustrated …

Finally when we were done , we paid the bill along with standard gratuity of 18% and left the place, only to be called back to pay 2.5 $ for a rice plate that THEY FORGOT to add in bill …such LOUSY and incompetent people. Management needs to take serious look into this. By the way another family siting a table across us was also having some issue and said this is not what happens , why are they being treated like this and stuff… Anyways go to this restaurant for good food and...

We visited recently after seeing the TripAdvisor 2021 "Hidden Gem" sign emblazoned on the front door.

We hadn't made a booking and did visit at approximately 6.30pm over the Christmas period.

When we arrived, there were 3 tables of 4 vacant within, with approximately 10-12 tables occupied with families like ourselves.

A young server did approach us and said she'd ask the manager to see if we could sit. However, the manager was far more interested in sending food deliveries out than seating customers. Three food orders went out in the ten or so minutes we were left standing at the front door.

The manager did approach us, only to turn around and start speaking to seated customers. We asked another young server to ask the manager once again and he did the exact same thing.

Whilst we patiently waited, I noticed that only one table had food on it. Kids were getting antsy with parents. We left when one table right beside us at the door asked for their check - before their food was delivered to their table!

I honestly think that we dodged a potential nightmare and had a very satisfying meal further up International Drive at Maggiano's.
