The store itself is wonderful- Iāve been getting my dogs groomed there for years. Itās never been anything but great service... a couple of my babies have been nervous at times but they Always came home happy and beautiful... Until recently ~ As of last year I noticed a major difference in the amount of groomers they had on site and to choose from. I definitely had my favorites. But one after another just seemed to go away... Iāve had at least 3-4 (but whoās counting) appointments to get 1, 2 and a coupe times all 3 of them groomed either the same day or a day apart - everything was good until I got the first call (a couple yrs ago) then the second (last year) then third (last yr again) and now just tonight the forth call just twos days prior to my dogs appointment that unfortunately the Special (is that what they call them)? Groomer has gone ill and their Doctor advised them not to go to work for a few weeks... WTH??? Iāve been waiting over a month at least for this appointment. I donāt get it...how can any provider of services have just ONE person thatās able to provide that service??? Doesnāt seem right that if the one groomer gets sick everyone else is put out.... right?? Iām pretty disturbed by their lack of backup in the Grooming Dept... Iāll never make another appointment there again... I just canāt count on it happening... Iām hoping the Store Customer services...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreI am a customer who has been coming here for the last 2 years and I feel all the staff are great and really polite except for ms Morgan at the grooming center she has a problem with my dog or my family whenever we come for his grooming all she says we have to completely shave him down she sometimes does not even see my dog and just makes this decision we did shave him off completely 3 months ago now she does not want to give him a bath cause she thinks he is matted her behavior and her attitude is pathetic and she thinks she owns Petco ā¦her customer service and her behavior is totally disgusting and unacceptable to me or for anyone I hope Petco takes action against her Cause I am never gonna come back till ms morgan is there at your store ā¦u have lost a loyal and regular customer and by the way I did put a complain to the manager personally she was very nice and at least she heard me out and while going out the manger said my dog is very cute I wish I could say the same about your grooming In charge ms Morgan ā¦thanks Petco for all these years ā¦I hope to come back if u take my feedback seriously and take take action against Ms Morgan...

Sidney help me out with a warm and inviting smile. Sheās very informative and she cared. In fact, I mentioned to her that she cared. She was so patient and she stayed with me in the aisle until I found my final selection. you canāt teach people how to care and Sidney definitely cares about her customers and them getting top-tier custom service. She provided a great vibe coupled with knowledge that satisfied every question I had. Even when I called my wife on FaceTime, Sidney was kind enough to unpack one of the kennels and show us how it was set up. This type of customer service should be rewarded and celebrated.
