My recent experience at this Starbucks location left me incredibly disappointed and frustrated. Despite placing a mobile order through the Starbucks app, I encountered a series of problems that showcased the unreliability of their service and the unprofessional behavior of the staff.
When I arrived at the store at the specified pick-up time, I provided my order details to the barista and patiently waited for my coffee. However, to my surprise, I was informed that my order had already been handed to me. I tried explaining that I hadn't received anything, but the barista stubbornly insisted that I had. Even worse, her colleague joined in, suggesting absurd theories like my coffee being given to a look-alike or even a "clone." This kind of behavior was completely unprofessional and unacceptable.
As a customer, I expect honesty, accountability, and respectful treatment. Unfortunately, this Starbucks location fell far short of these expectations. The barista's refusal to acknowledge their mistake and the lack of resolution left me feeling ignored and disrespected.
While mistakes can happen, it's the response and effort to rectify them that truly matter. In this case, the staff's unyielding stance and lack of professionalism only added to my frustration. It's disheartening to see such conduct from a company that prides itself on excellent customer service.
I cannot recommend this particular store to anyone seeking a reliable and pleasant coffee experience.

When I clarified, employee claimed Starbucks has never carried this item. Total gaslighting when I have been ordering it for over a decade. Just say it’s out of stock or your manager doesn’t order it (maybe they only liked chocolate milk as a kid and can’t conceive that customers have different preferences). Saying it’s out of stock would have been no issue and I would have ordered a plain steamer like I’ve done over the years for my 4 kids. Don’t say something has never been offered just because you haven’t worked for Starbucks long enough to know their full menu or what’s available at the majority of locations. Read moreWorst coffee shop experience I have EVER had. I would rather wait in line at a crowded gas station than come to this place. First off, I asked if they had any of that avocado spread for a bagel, she said yes and got me some from the counter. I then ordered a bagel and two drinks. The coffee would be later than my green tea drink. Okay fine. I got the bagel and it had an avo spread container inside the bag already, So she charged me for the extra one because she wanted me to never come back I guess?
There we no forks out, no napkins anywhere. All the trash cans were overflowing with literally trash on the floor. It was busy so we went outside, no trash cans outside??? Seriously. My green tea latte took literally ten minutes. And it was sitting on the counter... I was watching the guy go around my drink that just needed a lid and to be moved to another counter.... watching... watching..
Whatever is going on here they need to prioritize and slow things down. This place was chaos....
