Panda Express — Restaurant in Duluth

I have one word for this location and its RACISTS! I don't use this term lightly or freely either. In fact, I've never reviewed a restaurant using this terminology. If not racists, they are definitely picking and choosing how and who they serve. So what happened? I'm in line waiting to order and my son (17yr old) has already ordered and is getting ready to pay for his order. He pulls out his debit card and she(who I'm later told was the manager?) asks him to pay in cash. He asks "do you not accept cards?" and the cashier shook her head no. He didn't have all of the cash but they accepted what he did have. The problem is why wouldn't you accept his debit card? You would rather him pay less than the full amount in cash than the whole amount on his card? Everyone else in line is paying with debit cards. When I questioned this, they only stated that it was a misunderstanding. Definitely, because WHY am I and everyone else in line allowed to pay with debit cards except my son? I just left. I had no appetite at this point, didn't continue with my order, and you don't have to worry about...

For almost 8 bucks, I was expecting a full plate (this is without a drink) After ordering beef and broccoli with white rice, I had more than half of my plate packed with rice. The other quarter portion was mostly broccoli with 2 MAYBE 3 pieces of the already small cut up beef. So disappointing. I have NEVER had the issue of being hungry after eating chines food. This is a first (and I'm only 5'6'' and only 128 lbs). Kroger has better bang for your buck at their food bar and healthier anyway (you have to try the Hawian chicken salad!!! It's right down the street)

Customer service was OKAY. When I thought the young man behind the counter was going to help me, without acknowledgement to the customer, he simply started replenishing a couple dishes for a few. one would think a customer would be acknowledge at least once out of courtesy. Not sure if he was having a bad day or not, but either way.

Horrible horrible service!! I ordered 3 entrees and sides and they were out of chow mein, I was told there would be a 10 minute wait time. I came back after 15 mins and asked if its ready and the cashier shook her head "no" with an attitude. I asked if I should leave if they don't have it ready, even after waiting for so long, and she said "yes". I was so upset and left hungry. The woman working there had an attitude and did not care at all that my order wasn't made. I have been out of the country for 2 years and had been craving this chow mein.
