Chico's — Local services in Duluth

My parents in their 70's from Ely Mn get to Duluth every so often. My mom spends a lot of money at Chico's. She brought a pair of pants back with the receipt and was told by the clerk that she couldn't return them because it was over 60 days old. My mom looked at the back of the receipt and it is written so small you need a magnifying glass. My dad asked the clerk to read the receipt and she said she had to get her magnifier glasses. Ridiculous. I have been in customer service since I was 20. I learned at an early age to do right by the customer. My dad left the pants there and told them they didn't want them. I will be contacting corporate and telling everyone I know that they shouldn't shop there. I see why people shop Amazon now a days. At least the return policy is spelled out clearly at Amazon.
