I am only giving a star because it prompts me to do so in order to leave a review. This evening I experienced the worst customer service in any buying experience ever! My friend and I entered the store about 6:55 this evening. We walk in the mall 45 minutes, 4 days a week. That gave us plenty of time to walk by Thalia and decided to go with 1 particular gown for a very special upcoming occasion. When entering the store I noticed a lady sweeping in 1 corner of the store. My friend and I shuffled through the racks looking for the needed size. We couldn’t find it, I mentioned to my friend that I’m surprised no one greeting or offered to help us. Seeing that the lady sweeping was the only person there, we tried to get her attention by saying excuse me and hello. The lady sweeping literally seemed to hide and totally ignored us. Speaking a little bit louder and waving our hands she finally looked up. Her expression appeared to be bothered that we asked her to come over. We asked if she worked there and she only nodded yes. It finally registered that she seemed not to want to help. I actually said are we bothering you? She nodded no and looked confused. We asked if she could help find our size and she gave my friend a head to toe scan. She went to grab the size and handed to us. My friend and I decided at that point this person/business does not deserve our patronage! We told her never mind we will come back the next day, I’m not sure if this was an associate or the business owner but I am sure she DID NOT WANT TO HELP US! We will definitely honor your wish and NOT PATRONIZE TO YOUR BUSINESS!!! This left us questioning was because she did like “us”, since we were in our walking attire did we appear not being able to afford it, did we look like we did fit her sizes, did she speak English or was she just simply ready to go home????? Business owner, no one she leave an establishment wanting to spend their hard earned money feeling this way! If this is an associate please invest in customer service training before she is detrimental to your business! Hopefully whomever chooses to shop here does not encounter this sweeping lady and leave feeling like you are not worthy...

We went here either my daughter because we saw the great reviews they had. Unfortunately we did not have a great experience. My daughter picked out a few dresses to try on and one of the older ladies went into the changing room to help her. While in there comments were made in Spanish about my daughter being overweight. When I went in to check on her she was in tears and told me what happened. I came out and spoke to the manager and asked her if her and her employee could not make comment about my daughter’s weight because it truly upset her. She quickly said oh sorry we don’t want to upset her it’s just she’s not a size 6 she needs a bigger size. After that the experience was ruined for us. I was ready to leave but my daughter really wanted a certain dress they had so they told me I could order it and it should be here in just a few days. After ordering it almost 2 weeks went by and I never got a call, when I called them they said oh yeah that dress has been here already. I let them know no one ever called me and they said they did ( I had their number saved, so I know that was a lie. Overall just left us with a very disappointing experience. I will say though my daughter had gone the week prior and she says the young lady who helped her was very sweet and that’s what made her want to go back. Had a terrible experience here, the lady was rude to us as soon as walked in. I asked her to see a dress and she said do you not want to know the price first? (That already let me know I wasn’t going to buy the dress I wanted here) after that I told her I went to a previous store and was a size 6 and a size 8 I wasn’t sure which one because I fit in a 6 and 8. She then let me try on a size 6 and gave up and said yeah I can’t have my dress messed up you’re not a 6 and told me none of the dresses I liked were in my size, even though she had told me she did have them in bigger sizes. Another thing I didn’t like was that I was getting my cousin help me put on the dress and this crazy lady thought it was ok to enter the fitting room while I was exposed. Very unprofessional. She walked around us acting like we were going to steal her poorly made dresses. I left the store and didn’t waste a cent here and went to a true boutique in Buford and spent $600 on a dress (the amount she thought I couldn’t afford) so thank you for letting me take my business elsewhere If I could leave 0 stars I would.
