Warning long comment but I explain it all!! Wow! Just wow! I am an active user on nextdoor (the app) but to the neighbor who recommended Chef John and Chef Debbie for their weekly meal service... I owe you big time! Now I am a working mom and wife, my husband has had some new health matters as of late that has changed our lives, coupled with being parents to teenage daughters both who have a fear of driving much to my behest (I’m Practically begging for our insurance rates to go up!!) so I’m am going nonstop on top of being practically an Uber driver but only for my family so it’s an unpaid gig and no one ever tips lol :) needless to say I am pulled in a million different directions and live and love for my family who I wouldn’t trade for the world!! But there is only one of me and I do the best I can and they are always gracious when it’s frozen pizza night and my contribution is nothing more than a giant salad (hey, at least they are getting fresh veggies) and ordering out just feels icky if I do it more than once a week... again only one of me and between doc appointments, kid’s extracurricular and social activities, work, home, just a normal life and all I NEED a helping hand and thank you God in heaven they were recommended! All the meals are made from scratch, are delicious and nutritious, and bonus points for introducing our palates to new flavor combinations yet keeping the comfort of familiar tastes that keep a very picky family of four beyond happy! For instance I am used to when making dinner, there is always someone who doesn’t like something and I end up having to make something different if not an entire separate meal BUT not one thing we have tried that wasn’t loved by everyone! The portions are perfect! The meals (ie: main, sides) are well paired!! And the cost you cannot beat! There hasn’t been one thing we ordered that if I bought all the ingredients myself that I would have spent as little as I did to purchase it from them! And it’s truly homemade cooking! It’s better than a hello fresh or other meal service because you don’t have to prep and cook over a hot stove/oven/grill yourself!! Only prep work is checking out the menu for the upcoming week and deciding if you want to order that week and choosing the meals you do! I don’t feel guilty feeding my family the meals at all!! And it gives me comfort knowing the days that go super late with kid activities and events instead of feeding them fast food we can come home and enjoy a home cooked meal (it was just wasn’t made here lol :)) or after a long day just heating up the meal or their soup pairing it with a quick salad or having some homemade bread I had made - it affords me with the precious, meaningful moments with my family! So any mom/dad/parent out there - use this to your advantage, kick back and enjoy a stupendous meal and don’t feel guilty for saving yourselves the time and energy! Exceptional Thanksgiving Catering!

I recently used Pallet Culinary Services for our Thanksgiving dinner for 27 people, and I couldn’t have been more impressed. From the start, everything was seamless. The food was not only delicious but beautifully presented. The turkey and ham were cooked to perfection, tender, and full of flavor. The stuffing was a hit with everyone, and all the sides (mashed potatoes, green beans, etc.) were spot-on.

What really stood out, though, was the attention to detail. Even the butter was shaped like little turkeys, which added a fun, festive touch that we all appreciated. It’s clear that Pallet Culinary Services takes pride in what they do and genuinely cares about the experience.

The delivery was timely, and the presentation made it feel like we were at a high-end dinner party, despite hosting at home. Everyone was so impressed by the quality, and I received so many compliments throughout the evening.

I reached out to Chefs John and Debbie to cater my birthday event. From the start, I loved the high level of professionalism and communication. They made the process of selecting the foods for the event a breeze. Come the day of the event, both Chefs arrived with all of the necessary equipment, utensils, food and were very thorough in setting up the food line. Everything was top notch and the amazing aromas of the foods filled the air. Soon after they completed the setup, all the guests were treated to a variety of absolutely delectable dishes. The Mac and Cheese Bar was a huge hit, as were the Bahn Mi Chicken sandwiches. The artichoke and spinach stuffed mushroom caps were off the charts good!
