The worst customer service I have ever encountered in a retail store. I received a necklace as a gift and wanted to exchange for another (more expensive) necklace that I was willing to pay the difference for. The gift was originally purchased online but I did have the original receipt and was within the 2 week return policy. I called the corporate office in the morning to make sure I could exchange the necklace in the retail store before driving all the way there. They verified that I could but once there, I was told they cannot do exchanges or store credits for online purchases, they can only return the item and put the money back on the original credit card it was purchased on, even if you have the receipt because it will mess up the store inventory. Well it was a gift so returning it to original card wouldnât work which is exactly why I had called corporate that morning to make sure. I explained that I had called the corporate office that morning and was told I could. The sales associate called her manager who wasnât in the store at the time and was told I have to wait for the manager to get back. I waited awhile when finally the manager came back and got a major attitude from the manager telling me in a very condescending way how itâs going to mess up her inventory to exchange the necklace. I called the corporate office again and they once again told me I could exchange the necklace in the store and they told me they would call the store to tell the manager to exchange it. I overheard the manager telling the corporate office she would not exchange it. The corporate office then called me back and told me they were going to file a report against this store (whatever that means). Overall, this company needs to get their policies straight and more customer friendly. There shouldnât be such a divide between the retail stores and the corporate office. And even with all the confusion the manager needs to learn some customer service & communication skills. Very rude and patronizing to customers. First of all, I would like to attest that all the reviews which says they have bad customer service, are rude, they donât know how to treat their customers, they have terrible return policies, IS ALL TRUE. I wish that I read these reviews before I went into this store. I had one terrible experience while I was trying to return an item. My wife bought a set of earrings which she never got to try on in the store and after coming to the house when she did, She found out that they were too heavy to carry. So we decided to return it. I went in the store for the first time and saw the manager, she tried to come up with excuses, like the item is worn, do you have the original payment card, come back to the store and try making it look that it is not worn. So I did, I went in the store next day, and they did not return the item again saying that the manager was not there, and the sales representative try to act as in she was on the phone with the manager, and she cannot take the item until sheâs back. I ended up not returning item and we ran out of the return window, so Iâm stuck with this stupid earrings that we donât even Like. I would highly suggest not buying anything from them, they have the terrible terrible customer service that I have And I would not like to go...

I received a Christmas gift from my significant other (originally purchased at the Mall of Georgia) and decided I would like to only keep one item and return the two other items. We visited this particular location with the original receipt and credit card. The sales associate proceeded to tell me she would "be right back" after I explained what I wanted to do. Her manager who never came out to speak to me stated I could not return the items because it was over 14 days. However, they have a holiday extended date (Jan 31, 2022) for returns (with original receipt). Additionally, we weren't able to come earlier because my family and I tested positive for COVID right after Christmas. In the end, I called the Mall of Georgia location and Ms. Dona (Assistant Manager) was SUPER nice and helpful.
