The cashier was Arielle C. and when I got there, there was 3 people in front of me, no big deal its 7:30 PM on a Friday. I started my order by saying I had three pizzas to get, the first a supreme, and she cut me off and said that'll take a minute to cook, and your total is 12 something. I stated I had two more pizzas to order and she said oh sorry and I said it's ok, the second I'd like a pepperoni - and again she cut me off and said "you'll have to pick that up with your special order and that'll be.. "x amount" ..of dollars", and I said I also need a cheese and I'm going to get some ranch. Counted out 10 dipping sauces and she rang them all up and said it would be about 15 minutes. I then ask if they have any cheese bread and she said not made, and I asked if I could order some. She then said "if you want to order in about two hours or just come back tomorrow when we get more in then yah, but we dont have any to make." And I said, ok thats fine, I'll be back in about 15 minutes. I go in and theres another line, which is fine. The person on front of me makes an order of a pepperoni and a cheese, and she grabs them all from the hot boxes and he changes his mind about the type of crust on one of them, which she puts back ome of them into the now empty hot box that she grabbed it from. He pays and walks out with his order, and when I get to the cash register I asked if she knew if my order was ready yet. She said to let her check and she grabbed my special order and gave it to me, then when I didn't walk away because I was waiting on my other two pizzas she asked if I wanted to add something to my order. I said I had gotten a cheese and a pepperoni pizza as well and gave her my receipt that she told me I would need to pick them up, then she grabs the lone box she almost gave to the other customer and then grabs another from the other hotbox and hands them to me. I get home and find out that she gave me the wrong order. I don't live close by and wont be going back to get my order. I also over paid for what I got instead. Little ceasars, great chain, hire...

Friday night 9/02/22 an employee was extremely rude and disrespectful to me, I asked for the corporate number and she refused to give it to me, making derogatory remarks in the process. I asked to speak to a manager, to which she replied in a very spiteful tone that she was the manager. When I asked for her name, so I could report her to corporate because she is obviously in the wrong industry since she wants to treat customers in such a manner, she refused to give it to me saying I needed to, "figure it out." I will never revisit this establishment, and I will absolutely be contacting corporate on Monday. And yes, Theresa, I indeed figured out your name. You are the most disrespectful and ugly-mannered individual I've ever had the displeasure of interacting with, and you have no business at all holding a customer service position. Read moreI have yet to personally receive bad bad service but the past 3 times I have been in here I have witnessed other people receiving bad service. The manager, lady with the red hair?, has the rudest attitude not only with the other employees but also with customers. She's even slower at getting her job done. The guy with the ponytail working the front always acts like he has no clue what's going on but is constantly on his phone. He got multiple orders wrong and then him and the lady with the red both lied to the girls who ordered in front of me because they did not want to give them a refund after he rung up their order wrong. They only partially refunded their order and when they came back in the lady with red hair just kept asking why they wanted a refund after they sat there and explained to them multiple times that their order was wrong and it wasn't what they had asked for.
