Purchased the Ultra brand lift chair for my father from Rhynes and Rhodes in Durant. There was an issue with the chair shortly after the purchase and boy was I glad we purchased local. Within 24 hours of discovering the issue Gary, with the service team, was at the house examining the chair to determine problem, a couple of short hours later Kevin was telephoning with a solution and the next day the matter was resolved. My wife and I purchased a sectional on Wednesday, and they delivered with perfection on Friday of the SAME week! ( They could’ve delivered on Thursday, but we weren’t able to be home.) The delivery fellas were very, very accommodating and extremely polite! When we purchased it, the salesman was very attentive to our questions and was able to explain everything we asked. We were looking for a new furniture store and our first trip here was wonderful, the salesman spent lots of time with us. I called him a few days later to order some furniture and he acted like he didn't even know who we were, very rude and distant.
