Starbucks — Restaurant in East Lampeter Township

We came to grab two drinks as a family. Before anyone even greeted us; we waited 5 full minutes watching the 4 employees all argue about something. The cashier could not get the order right, maybe a 15 year old? There was no adult, just a bunch of teenagers alone. Then, was given the wrong drink twice. I asked the one girl directly if my drink had espresso, she said yes, then I realize she gave me a chai tea - that was meant for the customer behind me. We waited THIRTY minutes, for 2 drinks. Finally, we walked away with three wrong drinks and had no more time to wait. Meanwhile, while we’re waiting, all the employees are fighting and arguing about things in front of customers. Unprofessional, rude, and I paid OVER 10$ for the wrong drinks 🤷🏼‍♀️. Worst Starbucks I’ve ever been to. These kids should NOT be alone as they have NO idea what...

They hired a deaf barista and I have so much respect for them now. I was a barista in Philadelphia for a few years and had a deaf gentleman come in each day and slam is cup down and point to the coffee he wanted. It broke my heart. No one took the time to converse with him or try to learn his signs. I spent my lunch breaks sitting with him to better understand him or simply ask how his day was. He was so grateful for this small effort to be heard. Now this Starbucks has a barista who signs! Someone who can understand him, who he can talk to without judgement or weird glances and someone who may even be able to suggest and make a new drink for him! The world just expanded for so many hearing impaired people at this Starbucks and it makes heart so...

I would have give a 5 star review. But here is the reason why I didn’t… first I repeated multiply times to the Starbucks barista about my order. I order 2 venti Matcha Green Tea Frappuccino both with whipped cream. I also order 1 venti Strawberry Frappuccino & 1 venti Vanilla Crème Frappuccino. When I receive the drinks I knew something was wrong with it. They made Matcha Green Tea Latte instead! I clearly asked a Green Tea Frappuccino! Overall...
