If I could rate this location a zero I would, I went in today to purchase an iWatch, and as soon as we walked in security was following us through the store. Let me paint the picture me, my fiance, and our four year old son watching videos on his personal iPhone sitting down in his stroller. Meanwhile both of us have iPhones in hand that we purchased previously at this store. Upon stopping at the Apple Watch section of the store we noticed a security officer from Apple standing closely behind us and every watch I tried on he counted to make sure there were the same amount of watches on the table. Then an associate walked over had no knowledge of the different size watch faces being that I was most interested in the rose gold 42 mm s/m band but also wanted to know if they had a size in between that and the 46mm. I also wanted to know about the different features. Mid conversation I looked up and security is staring right at us making direct eye contact and whispering to another associate next to him. The associate helping us mid conversation stops and asks if we are looking to make a purchase today. I’ve never felt so uncomfortable in my life. After that I decide to leave Apple and purchase my iwatch and beats headphones for almost the same price but a better experience upstairs on the third floor at Best Buy. Insane our life revolves around Apple products, you spend monthly on Apple care and they have the audacity to treat you like a thief. If any other location I can recommend, take the ride to either the Menlo Park Mall, Short Hills Mall or New York City. You will get...
Read moreI went into this apple store to pick up a new phone that I had purchased online. I woke up one day and my iphone had done an automatic software update overnight and my phone randomly stopped working. Nowadays you need a phone for everything even to access your bank, emails, etc all because of duo authentication. I mean at this point it is more than proven that APPLE does these updates with the intention of getting you to buy a new product constantly. Well basically, I went into the store to pick up a new iphone which i didn’t even have another option but to buy. I went inside to pick it up and they wouldn’t hand it to me because I needed a QR code that they had emailed me. I explained to them over and over again that I COULDNT ACCESS MY EMAIL THANKS TO MY IPHONE NOT WORKING. I had my Identification on me and the credit card which I had used to make the purchase. It took me more than an hour to get MY item that I ALREADY HAD PURCHASED. The management is horrific. Offered me little to no help. I had to get roudy in order to get my phone.
The customer service at this store was horrific. Overall, I would not recommend anyone to go here. I had the worst experience, I left crying and with an increase in my blood pressure. I had already paid for this new phone and I couldn’t pick it up because of some idiotic policies that they claim they have in place. I think it’s just them being absolute assholes and unwilling to do their jobs. I mean when did their customer service...
Read moreI want to say a huge thank you to Alex and Eros at the Apple Store in the American Dream Mall. I came in yesterday to purchase and set up a new iPhone; and both were so patient and understanding with clueless me LOL. Coming from an Android, there were a lot of cool features on the new iPhone that I am not familiar with, but Alex and Eros took care of me with such kindness. BTW thank you two, I am looking up YT and TT videos to learn new tricks for my phone!
Note: Please understand that this is a high volume store. I came in yesterday (a random Wednesday) and the store was packed. The employees are working the hardest they can to accommodate all the customers. I actually felt bad because the employees were assisting multiple customers at one time, with even more customers bombarding and demanding for help with rudeness. If you never worked customer service/waiting/etc. you may not understand how overwhelming it is to have ten people speak to you at once.
I do recommend coming to this location when you are not on a time constraint. The other employees seemed to be just as friendly and engaging, so don’t hesitate to give this location a try. Just come in with a positive attitude and the employees will help you the best they can! A smile can go a long way!
I typed this review with the new iPhone 17 Pro orange that I purchased from this store yesterday! Thanks again and thanks...
