I can wholeheartedly say that visiting Time Valée was one of the best watch purchasing experiences I’ve ever had. I initially stopped by a while ago to see the Jaeger Le Coultre Reverso. An extremely welcoming person named Jeremy took his time to walk me through all the different sizes and such and his genuinely cool personality sealed the deal and I told him that I’d be back. Well, today I returned to pick up the Reverso and was met with great pleasure and treatment by Jeremy and Laura, whom both were extremely pleasant and we spent much time talking about all of our watch collecting history. To my surprise, Laura told me she was a professional watchmaker for 9 years! That definitely was a whole other conversation and was very fun to hear about her stories during that period. Jeremy and Laura were both extremely hospitable as they offered us everything from water, champagne and even a bit of highly coveted bourbon to celebrate the occasion. Absolutely a first class experience!!!!!!!

My wife and I happened to be passing by when I noticed that this location was an authorized Vacheron Constantin dealer. This just happens to be the watch I plan on buying for an upcoming milestone birthday in a few years so I wanted to show them to my wife. Laura approached us and asked if we had any questions, I explained to her my situation and she proceeded to spend the next hour with us explaining each line and had me try on a few. When I asked Laura about a timepieces I didn’t see on display she immediately went to the back and pulled one out they had just recently received still in its shipping package. She then had me try it on with all three bands it comes with!!!
