I hate that didn’t get your name today but my family wanted to express our gratitude and appreciation for the amount of time and attention that you showed us today. We were on vacation today and decided to stop by LUSH because our children had never been. My partner and I usually go to the one in Annapolis. My son and daughter came in with us today to see what products were available. You demonstrated so much product knowledge and attention to the kids that they kept bringing you up on the 4 hour ride home LOL. “Mommy she showed me this and that” and “Can we go back to see her? She should get a raise because she was good” They have been raving about you since 12pm and it is now 9:09pm. LUSH please acknowledge Employee number 2025848! She didn’t need to suggest any products because everything she touched, my kids wanted. The scent of Bunny bath bombs, carrot bubble bars and Honey I Washed the Kids body spray are currently lingering in my home. Thank you so much young lady! Read moreI walked into the mall on Sunday, not doing my research and realizing ALL stores were open. When I noticed something was off, I walked into Lush to ask why. Genesis informed me of the “blue rule” on Sundays. I thanked her and was about to walk out, but realized my girlfriend, now fiancé, would really enjoy some products from this place. Genesis not only educated me on the history and mission/values of Lush, she also spent time asking me what my girlfriend likes, without trying to pressure me to buy anything. It was clear to me from the start how passionate she was about working for Lush, how the products were made, and the different types and how they would potentially be beneficial. Honestly, I’ve worked in customer service and sales for most of my life, and this was by far an AMAZING customer experience. Genesis will be moving up in the company in no time!! She has so much to offer and I pray Lush gives her a clear path to move up and grow, because ANY company would be blessed to have her work for them....
Read moreI have to say I had the best experience while visiting this location in the American Dream mall. I shopped around myself and picked what I needed. When I got to the register they were having an issue with my gift card. A staff member, Alex, was happy to call customer service for me to try and fix this issue as the gift card was not even registering in the computer. After waiting about 15 minutes, he came back out to notify me that the issue was definitely on their end. He gave me some options for purchasing which included purchasing my items now on my own and then receiving a refund through customer service the next business day. This was fine for me and I was happy they were going to try and fix the issue. After all was said and done, Alex then offered me something from the store for free for the inconvenience I experienced. I was taken aback and shocked with the fantastic customer service in this location. I left extremely happy and excited to visit again when in the mall....
