Just spent about 15 minutes in the store browsing their merchandise and talking with their employees. The employees were very friendly and customer appreciative. They were obviously glad to have customers in the store and willing to help with any and all questions we had. Customer service is not satisfactory. Asked for a different shoe size but was referred to a different section the first time and then ignored the second time. The whole time the associate we asked was fiddling with the shoe while we waited for 15 minutes...
