PINK by Victoria's Secret American Dream — Local services in East Rutherford

I went to the store to exchange some pants. Remind you. I bought these on March 20th and returned them a day later, March 21st and made sure I had the receipt or a tag in hand for the exchange. I did call the pink’s mall branch before bringing in the pants. I found A HOLE in the back side of the flared pants that costed 50 DOLLARS!! And I rushed into the store to make sure I got an exchange. But what’s super weird is the lady and me had small talk but she checks the place I put my Yk what on and checks Inside the pants.. and I do wear thongs so this is normal especially for young girls like me. She asked me if I wore the pants. I said yes but once, I mean I purchased them right? To find out there was a hole on the backside?? Also you guys didn’t ask me over the phone if I wore them or not but I did make it extremely clear the issues with the pants. This women had the nastiest attitude afterwards.. but you’re a women? The age of my mother and can’t have some decency.. like we are girls these things happen. Plus I rushed out my house immediately when I saw the hole. Like you’re charging me for pants that have a hole on them.. plus making me super uncomfortable. Disgusting customer service and will be reporting it to the pink...

we visited this Victoria's Secret location in late November. We got to talk to some of the employees and even the manager. Luckily the store wasn't yet busy as we got there early giving us this chance. The store is quite roomy to walk through, meaning it's not crowded with merchandise. This makes it enjoyable to walk through and shop. Also this store has some very beautiful merchandise displays. From the giant perfume bottle and lotion to the lights it's a fun experience compared to some other stores that don't take the time to make it a visual experience. Always check to see, when you go into Victoria's Secret, if there's any specials. Typically if you spend a certain amount you will get a free gift like a tote bag or makeup purse and generally women really like this added gift. This Victoria's Secret is located right across the way from the Victoria's Secret Pink. This makes shopping both stores easy.

they gave me a bad service especially the cashier. I wanted to make a purchase of 30 sets of lotions and sprays and wanted to take advantage of the offer they were having. before going I made sure they would give me individual bag for each set since these sets were gifts for separate people by calling costumer service. the customer service lady told me that if I ordered online they wouldn’t give me bags, but that if I went to the store yes, anyway I confirmed in store before buying them with the manager and she said yes but when I got to the cashier the rude cashier told me no that she would only give me three bags for the thirty sets of lotions. But the manager I had just asked told me she would give me separate bags for each set. I had gotten two truly contradictory statements from the manager and the cashier and I had already purchased the sets. overalls horrible service and a waste of my...
