I purchased a bag here with Ashleyās assistance. When I asked if they had a new one in stock, she said yes and left for quite some time before returning with a packaged bag. Typically, a new item would be shown to the customer for confirmation, but she had already packed it. I asked if it was indeed new, and she assured me it was. I trusted her despite my doubts. However, upon opening it at home, I immediately recognized it as the display bag I had previously seenāit had the same wrinkles, fingerprints, and dust on the pouch as the one on display.
Take a look at these photos. If I had bought this as a gift for a friend, it would have felt like giving them a used bag. This is incredibly disappointing and unacceptable.
If it was a display item, Ashley should have informed me and cleaned it before handing it over. If it was genuinely new, she should have shown me the bag to confirm. I was very disappointed when I realized this at home.
