I just wanted to reach out before leaving a terrible review. My adult daughter and I came in for a "relaxing soft NOT HARD body massage" I thought this would be a perfect end to a busy trip. We started with a 10 minute and the first few minutes were so perfect I asked if we could switch to 20 minutes each. Shortly after I had an elbow in my back, thumbs pressing my neck and then back to an elbow all over my upper back. This was my first time getting a massage and I am so shocked by the bruises on my back, I can barely move my neck. He only touched my neck, back a little on my arms and hands. (Male Giving massage) My daughter had a different experience. Her arms hurt so bad from the lady pinching her arms so hard. (Female giving massage)

It is so hard to touch my back to anything it hurts so bad, I can barely move my neck and it is definitely not what was expected! Felt better before the massage. It's been 24 hours.

There are multiple stores for them. I am writing about the one located at Level 1. My initial impression was pretty positive based on the rate they had listed but the lack of customer almost made me leave the store. I had to force the staff about how long it was left and when would I get the turn to get the massage. By the way, I was not the only frustrated customer while waiting. After I was finished with my massage, they went with the posted rate but didn't want to let me go until I paid a tip which I felt was unnecessary. I felt as if I had not paid the tip, they wouldn't have let me go and demanded a tip for each family member who received the massage. Worst massage of my life. Do yourself a favor and go anywhere but there! After waiting in line for 20 minutes, I was finally noticed by one of the employees . I clearly said I want a 40 minute massage -they bring me to the section with curtains they don’t even bother closing the curtains and then after 10 minutes of the worst Massage, (just rubbing back-and-forth) she tells me OK that’s it. We have too many people in the waiting room.. the noise level was so disturbing and she was definitely talking about me and commenting on my body with her associates during my massage.
