UPDATE: Over a year later we came back for our wedding bands and I am obsessed with the stack. I just had to AGAIN shout out my wonderful SA, Angel! Thank you for becoming such an integral part of our life milestones. I wanted to share the photos here to show how beautiful unique engagement rings can look! (Atlas X ring + Lock Ring in rose gold) I like to wear the Lock ring to the side to bring the look together. ——- Had to leave a review for the amazing experiences I had at this location. I was looking for some glassware to gift to friends. As soon as I walked in I was warmly greeted by Angel and she was so helpful. I browsed the Atlas collection for a piece I was obsessing over but they didn’t have my size. Angel listened to all my feedback on my style preferences and she showed me others she thought I might like without ever pushing me to styles she knew I wasn’t interested in. It felt so personal like shopping with a close friend. I ended up only getting the glassware but she made sure to wrap them beautifully, and also gave me Tiffany’s greeting cards because she knew they were gifts.
She reached out to me later that she found my size in another state and asked if I wanted the ring shipped here, along with another one I liked. Kudos to all the staff in the store because when I walked in they were already expecting me and were so accommodating while Angel was assisting another customer. When I tried on the ring I was dead set on…I was so underwhelmed but when I put on the one she picked out for me I was in LOVE! I couldn’t stop staring at it!!!
I can understand people feeling overwhelmed when associates are eager to assist but for a purchase that was so personal and meaningful, I’m so glad Angel helped me every step. I got to learn a lot of Tiffany’s history that made me fall in love with my ring and the brand even more. I will absolutely be coming to this location exclusively for all my future Tiffany’s purchases....
Read moreI had a deeply disappointing experience at the Tiffany & Co. store in American Dream. I came in with high expectations, given Tiffany's reputation for luxury and exceptional service, but I was met with the complete opposite.
The customer service was abysmal. The agent who assisted me was not only unhelpful but outright rude and was verbally abusing. Instead of offering assistance, they seemed bothered by my presence, as if helping a customer was a chore. Their dismissive attitude and condescending tone made me feel unwelcome and undervalued as a customer.
I expect a certain level of respect and professionalism when shopping at a brand like Tiffany & Co., but this experience was anything but that. I left the store feeling frustrated and insulted, which is the last thing I expected when walking into what is supposed to be a luxury retailer.
If this is the level of service Tiffany & Co. provides, especially at such a high-profile location, I will take my business elsewhere. They clearly need to reevaluate their staff training and customer...

I am a frequent Tiffany and Co customer at Short Hills mall and have NEVER EVER been exploited the way i was at this location at the American Dream Mall. First of all, me and my friend visited to buy a ring and this lady kept chasing us around the store, following us and not asking for help. She was useless, not to mention kept looking at us up and down. I have never been treated this way, especially at every other Tiffany and Co location i’ve been to. She actually turned us away from buying anything because how uncomfortable she made us BOTH feel. I’d rather go back to Lili at Short Hills and get a better shopping experience. DO NOT COME HERE!!
