Urban Planet — Local services in East Rutherford

I went pay for a kids onesie, the price came up higher. I told her there two signs one in the back and front that says 20 for kids and 25 for adults. Cashier says that’s suppose to be in the front for 25, I explain look at the tags it’s says kids. The sign on the front and back says 20. She went asked her manger and they still said it was 25. Obviously they are ripping people off. Then I went online it’s 18 online too. First, they didn’t even acknowledge when you come into the store. I asked for a fitting room. The manger like the first five door are open And went back to writing something. After checking all the fitting room doors they are all locked she comes and unlocks it. The people that work there looks miserable to be there. No one wonder people don’t shop here. They try to overcharge you and they don’t want to help you when you need a fitting room. I would never go back there again. So...

I frequently shop at URBAN PLANET, but I recently had a disappointing experience with the staff. While the clothes and deals are great, the staff were inattentive and rude. They overcharged me three times and took an excessively long time to process my refund. When I requested my money back, they resisted and made jokes instead of assisting me. One of the employees, with red dyed hair and transparent glasses, falsely claimed to be the manager. When I returned the next day, the area manager seemed biased towards the staff, likely due to personal connections, and made me wait an hour after I mentioned not wanting to pay for parking.

But again I love shopping at URBAN PLANET, but the staff cashier seriously needs to be changed. It’s impossible to run a store successfully with such poor customer...

Im a retail management myself if my employees were like them they would get fired on spot. No welcoming, talking with each other while the line was long . Waiting for the cashier to take my payment she make me wait counting her money at the end she saw send me to another cashier which now counting her money. And ask her how long she keep chewing her gum with no answer. Worst ever . Even the clothes are good price but...
