Aut-to Mocha — Restaurant in East Wenatchee

Love auto mocha! They are a bit expensive but the baristas are always amazing! Unforutnaly today I witnessed an owner/boss treat her employees with profound disrespect, right in front of customers. The way she spoke to her employees was beyond unacceptable and broke my heart. After she slammed the door and proceeded to cut me off in the drive through, her employees were clearly disturbed and distraught. I've been going to automocha for a lot of years, and this behavior really made me consider not going here any more. I can't support this sort of treatment of your employees. It's completely unacceptable. The girls that work at automocha are often young and learning, and they deserve the same respect as any other adult. I'm sorry y'all work for...

Today exactly on 7/23/2021 at 7:50pm we arrived at the Automocha next to their main office. A young blonde with curly hair treated us with so much anger in her face. Never in my life have I ever experienced such disrespect as a customer. All we did was show up hoping to order a couple cones and immediately she rolled her eyes and slammed a gallon of milk on the counter. Ordered a granita. Paid and left tip. Batista gave it to me and it was liquid with a very small amount of frozen stuff at the top. I asked her for a fully frozen one. She then said "their mix isint ready yet and that i could go up the street and exchange it at the other auto mocha". Why charge me and give it to me if you saw and knew it wasn't ready? Frustrated, I went up the street and their mix wasn't ready either. Waste of money and a non deserving tip. Will just stick...
