The people in costumer service are very rude. I bought a dress for a event, but i also liked another which my boyfriend bought on November 26th and received no receipt. I tried to call the store but my boyfriend bought the dress minutes before they closed so he had to call the next morning. He was told that they can just look up the dress and see it in the system that he had TWO weeks to return it , to just say he talked to someone named Brooke. So i walk in there on October 3rd to return the dress. Its barely been a week, mind you i have two weeks. I go up to the lady at the register and explain to her the situation and she calls someone on the phone. She states that Brooke said it was a while ago. So she seemed hesitant to do the return and kept repeating that i should have brought it earlier because the limit is two weeks. I told her it hasnt been two weeks that she could go into the system and look up the dress but she refused. I dont know if she had a bad day or what but she became really rude because she told me she couldnt return it. While this is going on theres a line of people and i felt bad but there was two registers and the rest of the employees were free. One was even by the door on her phone. My boyfriend asked her if she could try the other register and the employee snapped and said “ITS THE SAME THING , DO YOU WANT ME TO TRY THAT ONE TOO”. She started becoming aggressive so another employee stepped in and asked for my number and i gave it so i could come again the following day. I don't appreciate how i was treated in front of everyone when i simply just was trying to return a item that I was told i could. Read moreIf I could give 0 stars I would. I get it.. after a long day we all just wanna close and go home. But we got there 20 minutes before closing so we deserve at least decent service! First thing the girl said "you do know we close in 20 right" and I said yes! Rudely replied with "k cool" and walked away. Whatever no big deal. But as soon as I had a dress in my hand, another sales lady said she'd take it from me and eagerly shoved me into a fitting room. Tried doing the same to my sister but my sister didn't go into the fitting room and the employee left her shirt in the fitting room next door. As I was changing, bare naked, the sales lady opened my curtain and shoves my sisters shirt in with me. I tell her "hello! I was naked" and she laughed and mumbles something to her coworker. 8:53, one of the girls asks my sister if she's ready because they need to close. My sister responds that she is not, but that it's only 8:53, she has about 7 minutes. They respond that the register is going to be closed at 8:55, so she had two minutes to finish up. After spending $100+ I was accused of stealing from one of the girls and after trying to show her my bank receipt and how much money i spent there, they would not take off the censor after one of their "silly" girls left it on there. I spent a lot of money there. I deserve a little respect. How is the person with a partially shaved head and a badge going to accuse me, a customer, of stealing. Too much of a hassle shopping there! I can return a dress there with no receipt but If i want them to take off the hidden censor without a paper receipt (but an electronic one) "You just can't do it." That makes no sense and you should think about the way you do business and who you hire. I will NOT be shopping there again. Spend that much money and get treated that way?...
