Today I went to the Inmotion store #889 at the Newark airport to get some AirPods. There was only one girl working there and her name was Viviana and she was very unprofessional and rude. All I wanted was to buy some AirPods but she got very annoyed that I was asking questions and was so rude that I felt so uncomfortable and left the store. But I came right back to ask for a business card and then she got even more nasty so we got into an argument. I couldn’t believe I got treated that way just because I wanted to buy some AirPods. Inmotion must be loosing a lot of money with an employee like that!!….. So I kept walking and noticed there was another Inmotion store. But this other one was a lot smaller, store #7010. A guy named Dominic helped me and he was so nice, knowledgeable and professional. I had the same approach and I asked the same questions and explained my needs to him just like I did with ViViana but it was a totally different experience. So I bought the AirPods 4 with noise cancellation and I absolutely love it because it doesn’t fall out of my ears easily. In the last year I have spent over a thousand dollars looking for the right wireless headsets: AirPods Pro, 2 different model Beats, Bose and now back to AirPods and finally I’m satisfied thanks to Dominic. You should hired more employees like Dominic but with employees like Viviana you are going to go out of business. The only reason why I’m giving it one star is because of Dominic but it was a terrible experience...
   Read moreGreat experience at the store but you need to update your google information to indicate that there is a store in Terminal C. Not everybody looks at the map. I googled it, and the only store location that comes up is the one in Terminal B. I left Terminal C, went through a hellacious experience with TSA just to get to Terminal B to buy a computer cord.    Read moreI want to commend Shonte the manager who in December 17th totally exceeded my expectations. I bought a battery case for my IPhone X on the 15th and thought it was broken when it was not charging my phone. I lost the receipt but Shonte printed a copy and researched the item. She let me know upon arrival arhat the phone does not work correctly with the case. She returned the phone and applied a credit. She is the most courteous and customer focused person I ever met. I expected a fight and found my faith instead....
