As a Flight Attendant, I was underwhelmed with my experience here. On 11/26/23 around 12pm, my entire flight crew and I mobile ordered but mine was the order that got screwed up. I ordered a cheese danish and a grandƩ caramel macchiato that had a few extras. My danish came out but when I kindly asked where my drink was they asked to see my online receipt twice as if I would lie about having a drink also. Smh. I felt so disrespected especially as a flight crew member. Why in the world would I lie?? I also regretfully used 200 of my earned Starbucks points on this order to feel ostracized and risked being delayed for a flight that I work. Disgusting. Instead of pulling up my order on their screen, I was asked what I wanted in my drink and of course when I got my drink it wasn't correct nor to my liking at all. Two of the reasons people go to Starbucks is for the nice experience and to receive a personalized name cup. Unfortunately, I received neither. This place is overstaffed with people who...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreHorrible customer service by the pickup area (ladies at counter were nice). Ordered Venti strawberry aƧaĆ refresher, didnāt realize they charged grande on the receipt, asked why the drink was grande instead of venti. The woman working stared at me and kept repeating āit was grande on the ticketā even though I told her I had ordered a venti and asked if I can pay extra to size up. She kept saying āyou were charged grandeā and gave me an attitude. Another woman stepped in to explain it was probably rung up incorrectly at the counter but none of them apologized for their mistake nor their behavior. We ended up drinking it, it tasted like water with a mere scent of strawberry. The sandwiches we ordered were all over the place so we had to reconstruct the ingredients ourselves. I get that it can get busy at a Starbucks inside an airport, but at least attempt to keep your basic service...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreI never understood why Starbucks doesn't want learn how to make English tea. Is their business dedicated to coffees only? You ask for tea or chai latte and all you get is hot water with no taste and if you asked for adding milk to it then you get white hot water. How difficult it is for a beverage company to learn how to make English tea. Such a disasterous experience at Newark. I asked for English tea with two tea bags so the taste can be better. It was a blunder to ask for the milk inside, the guy destroyed the tea by putting too much milk. The guy had no sense how much milk a regular English tea takes. It was a waste of $10...
