Go to another mall. Even go to Staten Island. The staff here is the absolute worst. First of all, they do not pick up the phone and their voicemail box is full. Because an item that I wanted for Christmas was only available at this particular store, I was unfortunate enough to have to travel to this location only to be greeted with rudeness, unprofessionalism, and a staff who obviously are not suited to deal with the public. The amount of disregard and disrespect is insurmountable. Prior to entering the store I had already witnessed other customers being treated inappropriately by the staff. My particular issue was not being able to pick up the item I prepaid for. The counter girl at first couldn't find my order. The story changed to that I had missed my pickup date. Then she found the order, put it on the counter between us then said THE COMPUTER SAYS ITS STILL PROCESSING SO YOU CAN'T PICK IT UP....??? She neither offered to call someone to try to figure it out nor speak to a manager. I asked her what happens now, she answered I DONT KNOW. YOU HAVE TO WAIT. Meanwhile I was surrounded with more incompetence being hurled from other counter people onto other customers. If this is how Pandora encourages their employees at this location to treat customers especially around the holidays...I suggest to everyone considering a visit here...buy early buy online or go to a different location. You don't need the frustration you will leave with....

I paid $400 so this goes to the garbage and she said I guess. So I spoke to her nicely and said if this was going to change different colors why are you guys selling this, you guys are just taking money from people and than never want to help when something goes wrong she said that there was nothing she can do about it and on top of that she had the nerve to say I can throw it out for youššshe real funny never buying anything from this...

I asked her for a product today and she immediately advised me that they did not have it in stock. However, on the pandora website, it said the item was in stock and so I showed her and she still claimed that the website is outdated and they did not have it. While I kept insisting, she finally went to check herself and realized that they did have it in stock. I understand that mistakes could happen, however, she didnāt bother to apologize and could have easily lost a sale. In addition, when she found the product, she informed me that a picture could be added to the charm and I was impressed so I asked if she could show me how. Then, she grabbed the product and realized that she falsely advertised it because a picture could NOT be added to it. Yet again, she did...
