I had met with the lady back in March scheduling the alterations for my wedding dress(for my August wedding)I showed her pictures of the dress and let her know that it would be here at the end of June. After a few days of leaving messages to find a good time to bring in my dress … I finally got ahold of her … and was told to bring it in that day. I arrived with my dress … she opened the bag looked at my dress said it had too many layers and she would not do it !! It is 7/16 and my wedding is in one month !!!!! - I understand her work comes highly recommended however her customer service and work ethic is soo poor … I am left with finding someone to alter my dress last minute in the middle of...

Ivone is sweet and friendly but unfortunately did not do a satisfactory job on my wedding gown. She did a great job adjusting my shoulder straps: however, there were multiple places with fraying on the bottom and the hemming was left too long, despite being fitted with my shoes. Ivone said that after steaming the underlayers the length would be perfect but I asked other opinions from other seamstresses who all disagreed. She's amazing if you catch her in a good mood, which that isn't a lot in my experience. She's tired of her job and will let you know that. She needs help in that shop, or maybe put the scissors...
