Overpriced ice cream there really isnt anything different from this place and any local ice cream shop honestly. If you can try to find a local shop and keep you money local. I'm just saying that because they are going to charge you an arm and a leg for the exact same thing you can get somewhere else. I mean if you are a devout ben and Jerry's fan it's probably more because of the marketing and less because of the value and quality. By Local owners I'm assuming you live locally however alot of your hard earned money is going to the franchise "Ben and Jerry's" I understand you live locally but the reviews will strongly point out the price is expensive wouldnt you be doing yourself as well as everyone else a favor to take their fancy names off the products and sell your own Ice Cream. I'm not complaining and your service was awesome it's just you could make yourself a lot more money while saving your customers money in the long run. Just because you live locally doesnt mean you own a local business. Just means the franchise fooled you like they do every other franchise owner. You simply bought in because you knew people would come when they see that Ben and Jerry's sign not because you offer high class reasonably...
Read moreWe went twice during our Emerald Isle trip. The first time, the two men working were so friendly & were even asking us questions about where we are from and how our trip was going (9/13/22 around 8pm). The second time, the two girls working were super rude! One of them asked my sister what flavor milkshake she wanted and then walked away into the back right before she answered and never came back to help. The other girl was rolling her eyes and it seemed like she didn’t want to make any milkshakes or smoothies for us. My husband told her he wanted something as a shake and she said “oh, great” with a major attitude. It was really strange. (9/14/22 around 8pm) But overall, the ice cream was so yummy. Your customer service experience will just depend on who’s working, but I guess you’ll find...
Read moreI paid a visit to Emerald Isle's Ben and Jerry's during Spring time of 2014. Just from walking into the builiding I felt very welcomed from the staff. The ice cream was sweet and tasty. I read other reviews that claimed that the icecream scoops were too small. I thought one scoop was more than enough for my cone let alone the second that was thrown on top. My cone was overflown with icecream. Apparently this Ben and Jerry's as well as the location in the Jacksonville Mall hosted a fun raiser for the Hope for Warriors during the month of April. I heard they raised over $3600 in donations from all the FREE ICE CREAM they gave away. Anyone who supports our Military will certainly receive my support in return. They have my...
