I was gifted a very special medal after my grandma passed away a couple of weeks ago and needed to get it reinforced since it's a 60+ year old piece of jewelry and the ring where the necklace goes through was thinning.

I looked all over San Diego to find the perfect place where they'll treat it with so much care since it's such a big piece for me, it's an heirloom.

I talked to Wayne, brought him the medal and he was super honest and explained to me what he was going to do to it, he was clear about the risks and possible outcomes after treating the medal but assured me he will take care of it and I'll be happy.
