The Long Version:

We contacted T&L Fine Jewelry after being turned down by almost every other jeweler in town for an unusual and highly specific pair of wedding bands we wanted to have made.

Tivonya was very friendly and fun to brainstorm and plan the project with, and she executed it PERFECTLY. We are so happy with the results and our rings have held up beautifully for the 8 months or so that we've had them, and we are confident they will outlast our lifespans and we can pass them on to our children in the future.

T&L Fine Jewelry was an awesome business to work with, and the price we paid for our custom order was an amazing deal. She helped us figure out all the details and didn't turn down our idea or think it was weird.

We ordered a pair of stainless steel, hand-hammered, heat-darkened wedding bands with inset rose gold. No other jeweler in town or even out-of-state who I contacted was willing to create this order, nevertheless for such a good price.

Tivonya beat the others by a matter of a few hundred dollars per ring AND was able to create the rings exactly how we wanted, and do all the detailing work by hand.

Other jewelers were unwilling to work in steel or hammer it due to its hardness, and unwilling or unable to combine the soft and hard metals in one piece.

Tivonya's attention to detail, craftsmanship, and eye for beauty really shows in her work.

Tivonya is simply AMAZING! My grandmothers vintage wedding set (4 rings welded together at the base) was in terrible shape and while I was terrified to let it out of my sight, we tried several of the high rated local jewelers in Eugene due to having friends who worked there but the work was too much for what they were able to do. I was so disappointed as I didn’t want to ship it across the US to be worked on. I saw T&L and the high ratings she had and so on a chance I decided to reach out to Tivonya and see if she would be willing to take a look at it. While it’s not something she typically does, as she focuses on custom jewelry, she decided to take on the HUGE task! What I pictured was my special ring that looked repaired, as it had A LOT of damage, but pictured it straightened/patched and looking as close as possible to what my grandmother designed. What I received back was so far beyond what I imagined! It looks like it just came out of a ring box ready for a proposal! (minus a few diamonds we will need to replace in the future - that just wasn’t in the budget this time) I could not have imagined this set to look as fabulous as it does and Tivonya definitely exceeded my expectations. My grandmother would be so unbelievably proud of how beautiful it looks and now it gets to be a symbol of a second marriage. This year I commissioned T&L to make a custom piece for me and I’m extremely happy that I did! Tivonya is very pleasant person who is eager to give the customer exactly what they want. She is an amazing artist with an eye for detail. I showed her a rough draft of my creation and she asked me a few questions about details of where I wanted stones and lettering. The drawing that she rendered was even better than what I had imagined. The finished product exceeded my expectations and she was so patient with my added requests. I threw so much at her and she rocked it with no complaints! Just to name a few things that she went above and beyond with…she used 24k gold and 999 silver. The design changed because I changed the stones I wanted to use. The custom Byzantine had to be cut and gold rings had to be added after it was already complete. This required communication and her expertise in metal work! I appreciate her for all she did in recommending certain things to help balance out the piece. I’m glad I chose T&L for the project and I will definitely work with her...
