Have a gander at 1431 chickadee ct for sale price of 489,000$ A rude & flagrantly conflicted/biased judge with extremely questionable off bench, notably less than honorable behavior featured in the Shasta County tribune would railroad their Crayola Crayon appraisal of 308,000$ as if sent down by the All Mighty. Perhaps working in that very building has its perks & an ethically challenged (re)probate attorney will be allowed by a "judge" to facilitate a tort, lie, cheat & steal... the "judge" omg... how this racist person is allowed to sit there & place judgement? Allows perjury, zero diligence, I asked about evidence proving perjury by petitioner, spoliation, coercion, tampering by her representation, this judge cut my connection to the zoom trial. 181,000$ increase though, I shudder to imagine the lengths petitioner would go. Difficult to not suspect collaboration when this judge allowed the most laughable asinine survey/property appraisal to stand while ignoring the more realistic, exponentially more accurate & professionally executed appraisal completed by mortgage company during a surprise second refinance. The county also has a self help dept, fun fact; I called everyday for weeks, left messages & the Friday (2days) before trial a slurring voice calls me seeming to be purposely misleading & zero help, zero knowledge of duces tecum subpoena or judicial process for that matter, yet gleefully insisted they could & will do whatever they want. & they sure did. They have elevators there, & the individuals overseeing security measures, (walk through metal detectors, xray conveyors for preventing any & all items/objects that would otherwise be designated as contraband), they are delightful individuals that do an excellent, very thorough job, while filing people through...

I did not get the experience I needed for myself and family through criminal court. They let our abuser walk, with no accountability other than his fifth anger management class. His daddy paid for all the court and lawyer fees, so I'm sure the California judicial system will see him again. They ARE known to enable the criminals and in this case they enabled him. However, family law has proven to be for the family and law and I appreciate it. I feel like, for once I was heard. Though I didn't speak much. Lesson learned of less is more, I think. I loved Humboldt county California before I left and I like to feel I made Humboldt a better place with my ripple effect. Smiles go for miles. This was a piece of closure for me. I had a good experience with the HCSC and the individuals who work there. Things took some time, but so do most things here in Humboldt County. While I have certain privileges and contributing factors that others may not have, like an education or an ex who is generally not trying to make things miserable for us, I do not have any money or connections. What worked for me was a lot of patience, filling out forms completely, utilizing the Self Help Desk, and being polite and friendly to everyone I came across, even if they clearly had a rough day. I mean, can you blame them? Anyhow, I have no issues with this place, except that it really needs updating and a fresh coat of paint.
