We’d been looking for a home for months when we saw a listing by HHR that looked perfect for us. We were new in town and didn’t have a realtor so we just set up an appointment to see the home with the listing agent. We called on a Thursday and said we had to see the house by Sunday morning because of travel plans. Hyperion was quick to get back to us and set up an appointment time that worked for us.

We immediately fell in love with the property and knew we’d found our home. We were concerned with not having an agent but after some questions and understanding what the listing agent could and couldn’t do to be our agent as well, we jumped.
