DO NOT COMMISSION ART HERE!!!!!! If you do, ask to see it before you give them any money! When we walked in there we should have seen the RED FLAGS because a gentleman commissioned their glass blowing for a simple half spire hallway light cover. We caught the part where the glass blower showed the customer his multiple attempts & told him that he couldn’t do it, and it was just too hard…. We should have walked out right then! My husband showed the other individual a photo of what he needed and she said very confidently that she could do that. We received a very confused looking version of this character in the mail a couple weeks after the date she said we would receive it. She hadn’t even begun to work on it when we called a couple days after it was supposed to arrive in the mail. Because this was a gift and we felt embarrassed to give it to our friend, We returned the item and they charged us a large restocking fee for an item that was not even on the shelf in the first place. Plus of course the $25 it cost to send it back. We ended up paying about $75 for a veryyy frustrating experience and no item. VERY DISAPPOINTED & dissatisfied with the work, honestly & willingness to take care of their customers. Highly recommend you avoid this place!!! If they end up taking care of us after seeing this review, I...
