I've been into this shop a couple of times to get supplies for my jewelry making. I love the selection that's available, and I usually always find what I need for my projects

Some of the staff can be rude, and definitely not very helpful sometimes. Im not sure why, but I always get a tone of passive aggressiveness when I ask questions. Not sure if they're having a bad day, so I let it slide. If you know what you need and what you're looking for, you can usually find it on your own. I recommend talking with the lady that has blue hair, she's by far the nicest and most helpful!

I was overcharged for silver 925 sheets from Rio grande as well, which is ok because I do understand the market changes daily and there's tax involved. If you need silver, make sure you know the price before you go in.

Overall, a good place to source materials and tools. I do wish it felt like a kinder enviornment....

I’ve always loved the staff that works here they’ve always been friendly and helpful. The owner on the other hand has always been short and rude. I’ve spent easily over $1000 at this business precovid and my grand mother came in asking for a small donation for the caregivers association and the lady was beyond rude because my grandmother didn’t know the name of her business. My grandma has also spent hundreds of dollars at this business so who cares if she knows the name or not. I Will gladly NEVER...

Imagine oodles upon oodles upon zillions of beads + bead-related paraphernalia everywhere you turn: on the walls, on tables, in pull-out drawers, on shelves, etc etc. AND very helpful staff to point you in the right direction.

For Native beaders: they have an excellent selection of strings of abalone shell: ovals squares, circles, hearts, etc. in different sizes. Lots of different colored triangular beads, some bone. Didn’t see any...
