I've been into this shop a couple of times to get supplies for my jewelry making. I love the selection that's available, and I usually always find what I need for my projects
Some of the staff can be rude, and definitely not very helpful sometimes. Im not sure why, but I always get a tone of passive aggressiveness when I ask questions. Not sure if they're having a bad day, so I let it slide. If you know what you need and what you're looking for, you can usually find it on your own. I recommend talking with the lady that has blue hair, she's by far the nicest and most helpful!
I was overcharged for silver 925 sheets from Rio grande as well, which is ok because I do understand the market changes daily and there's tax involved. If you need silver, make sure you know the price before you go in.
Overall, a good place to source materials and tools. I do wish it felt like a kinder enviornment....

For Native beaders: they have an excellent selection of strings of abalone shell: ovals squares, circles, hearts, etc. in different sizes. Lots of different colored triangular beads, some bone. Didn’t see any...
