So... about a year ago I went to this aarons to purchase my loving room set. I spent around $2800. Now I wanted to pay in full but was talked into paying all but $100 so that I could establishe credit in there store. Now in doing so.. if I needed anything I can now come to them.with my open acount. So after paying them off I needed a washer and dryer. I went. I am now unfortunately going threw a hardship and had fallen behind in payment. As to my surprise on Monday feb. 11,2019 a young man showed up to my door. Stating do to late payment he needed all the money or my washer and dryer.I explained and hecalled his supervisor, as I was placed on the Phone he began to tell me about late payment , I explained I would be in Wednesday to pay and he told me no. So I proceeded to remind him of the money spent in this astablishment as well as the fact that I was just as late and paid in full to him as promised except It was $40 more then what he is asking for now. Now as knowing this u think he could see I'm a good customer that had fallen in a rut. But no, he decided to respond with these words, words that still make me sick to my stomach. He stated.." well I seen your face book market place u are selling your home, and it comes with a new washer and dryer, you are selling my washer and dryer and I want them back." Shocked and discusseded I asked him why and on what planet is it ok to be rummagein in customers personal lives via fb. Or any other social meadia. Not only that but how can u base your false accusations on a post that simply said washer and dryer with the home purchase. Nothing to the effect of the way he claimed to interpret it. I explained to him it was non of his business and I was seriously creeped out at the stalker like activity. Asking for his name and speaking to the driver I here he is a miserable man causing the company business and potentially good employees to to his lack of knowledge or respect twords others as well as leadership skills. I now am going to proceed to file harassment and stalking charges on this man Im wanting to here from the company N see how this can make any one feel comfortable. I don't even want them to have my name let alone address and all. Makes it way to easy for creeps like this! I will cross post this to every Web site I no. Something...

When I was finally helped, the worker looked very unprofessional. I almost thought he was just another person in the store. They knew nothing about what they were talking about when I wanted a computer. When I finally decided on a computer, it took way to long to even get me started with the process. I took my business to Rent-A-Center and was helped as soon as I walked though the door. I was walked straight to the computer section with a breakdown of exactly what I was asking for. They even gave me a good discount for being a new customer. The whole process took 30 minutes. If I were you. Save your time and money and take your business to Rent-A-Center. Leave...

After talking to friends who also have accounts thru aarons that they were not told that AND learning through the corporate offices that it was not the case -- that customers can in fact make cash or card payments online or in the stores.
When I spoke to the store manager, today, I was told "there are 5 humans working in this store and they have their own tactics," is completely unprofessional!!!
