This business may be called Sinfully Sweet, but it is owned by an angel in disguise. Last April we had a birthday party for my daughter's 50th birthday. We had planned for months to make this a very special birthday with a Bee theme. We spent all morning decorating and setting up the venue. My daughter was so excited in anticipation of a great party at 2:00 pm. Then it happened. We had ordered a cake from another bakery and when they delivered it, it was a disaster. (It looked like a poop emoji). There was no way that I was going to serve that cake to my daughter's guests. I was about ready to run to Costco in hopes of finding a generic birthday cake, when my other daughter called Sinfully Sweet. She explained the situation. She asked my daughter if it would be OK if she brought a cake at 2:30. She not only baked a cake, decorated it in our theme, and delivered it to us. It was beautiful and it was tasty. We were all excited when we saw it. She definitely saved my daughter's party. As long as my daughter lives in Fairbanks, I plan on ordering a cake from this bakery every year for her birthday. Sinfully Sweet Treats did a fantastic job with my dads surprise 50th birthday. (A party of 100 persons) I sent her some pictures of what I was looking for and she masterfully created a design combining exactly what I wanted into this cake. The cake was moist and the fondant was soft and actually was quite delicious. As a tip for Facebook users if she doesn’t respond message her again. That way you will reappear at the top of her inbox. This happened to me and she was thankful I asked again because my message was lost in the amount of incoming messages. Also BOOK IN ADVANCE. I started asking about her services in the beginning of January and it still was a tight squeeze to get on her schedule in March. Make sure you confirm you are on her schedule as that could help as well. Sinfully Sweet Treats saved my 50th birthday party! I had family who flew in to Fairbanks from the Lower 48 and we had ordered a cake from a competitor...and it was a disaster! Sinfully Sweet managed to bake, decorate, and deliver another cake in less than 3 hours!
