I wanted to like this place, the reviews and co workers were raving. The atmosphere was nice , gathering place for families.Disney movie soundtrack , bit loud for a small area, with the girls singing along, cute, but not really what I was thinking at a breakfast/lunch place. I had the dilicious chicken wrap, which was a wrap all greens and literally 4 pieces of rotisserie chicken sprinkled with pickles. Sauce was good , guess I should have gotten a salad. Husband had a turkey and ham club sandwich, thinking it was the end of the loaf or something, it was small, more like a half a sandwich. With 2 waters and tip, 38 dollars . I have no problem paying for a nice lunch and I want to support local restaurants. I know how expensive food costs are, but again, lemon not worth the squeeze here. All of the baked goods were wrapped in plastic wrap in the front case cooler , not fresh, nothing like the photos I have seen posted. I got off work earlier this morning and decided to have my brunch here. The prices for what you order is all very affordable compared to most of these places in town. It is also very close to where I live which makes it convenient. As soon as I came in a lady asked me if I have any dietary restrictions, which I was very happy to hear because I am vegan. Also the lady who was on the register was very polite and apologized for my wait but really I don't feel like I waited long at all for the delicious veganrito I ordered. Everything was well worth it and the veganrito tasted so good it was hard for me to believe it was vegan. From what I have had the vegan dessert was hella bomb! Have you ever salivated over something so glorious? It is an almighty donut sent from the blueberry pancake heaven. Soft, luxurious, packed with flavor. The donut that does not stick to your teeth, or overly chewy. Dairy free + gluten free. The most magnificent donut I've ever witnessed.

I cannot have dairy, nor gluten due to health reasons, and for the owner of this marvelous place to exist in rural Alaska, is amazing and I just cannot stop salivating over all of the options of food.
