Amazing and wonderful experience at Jeffrey Jewlery. My fiancé and I went there after getting engaged and got the pleasure to meet and work with John. Hands down the most amazing experience. John has been doing this a long time, his expertise and knowledge gave us peace of mind throughout the whole experience. He sat and explained all about diamonds to us and helped us nail down what we were looking for. The whole time, never pressuring us into anything. He let us learn, ask questions, answer all of our million of questions, and just experience the moment when the right stone and ring came to us. I took in my ring to be resized, and was met with a sales associated who badgered me on why I needed it resized, and telling me what I wanted. I knew what I wanted/needed and didn’t appreciate the inquisition. I’m fairly certain she wrote down the wrong size, as when I went to pick it up, if felt still too tight and was not what I asked for. I got an explanation about what was done and why, but no explanation as to why the following happened: The ring was taken off site to another location. This was not disclosed to me when I left it. The ring was not adjusted to the correct size. They did offer to fix it but I didn’t want to leave it again, because: When I called to ask if the ring was ready, the same sales associate said “I have no idea what you’re talking about” when I gave her my name and mentioned the ring. Not at all what you want to hear when you’ve dropped off a valuable piece of jewelry, and the opposite of reassuring.

Had they taken the time to explain ahead of time, rather than after, I would have been more understanding. It was a terrible experience, and we won’t be going back. They did clean my diamond, so...
